Horror in The Halls of Stone
took halfday to clear my 0.5 days leave.
tmr's the last day of my 1 year contract.
hopefully i can extend for another one year! *insyaALLAH*
i had no plans after plan B was cancelled.
Plan B: to go visit granny at hosp cos she had an eye opt.
but turns out to be she only go for checkup nia.
her opt is on 7th Apr. hopefully that goes well.
cos she cried today before gg to the hosp. hmm..
i think shes just scared. hopefully she'll be fine. =)
i was lucky cos as soon as plan B was cancelled..qah called me =)
she said she was free after all today. heheh!
met qah at novena since i have all the time in the world today. haha!
destination wisma restroom first. lol!
and as usual...i..ooopss..i meant we fooled ard!
used the free complimentary tix i got from my colleague last year.
i had 'bought' the tix b4 i met qah.
and we watched....

headed down to the theater at ard 645. show starts at 7.
the moment i opened the theater door...
i got scared. haha!
cos the air was blowing the curtains..and it looked like theres someone wrapped inside.
and the theater feels eerie~
cos we're the first ones to arrive!
as we settled down i said...."what if we're the only two whois watching this?!"
and qah replied "Siol! Kau merepek la Janna!! (Walao! You're nonsense la Janna!!)"
hahah! but of cos at the next few minutes..pple keep coming in.
us & them filled up onli like...1/4 of the theater?
the movie was good thou.
mayb i'll give a....2.7? haha!
the storyline was okay la.
i like how they do the movie! style!!
mayb you guys should watch it.
don wanna spill the beans =P
then we head home after that.
qah asked "do you still remember the face?"
i was like "yeaaaa!! the eyes! scary! i scared!"
she replied "hahaha! the ring (japan ver) is scarier! i had the image in my head for weeks and dare not look at the tv."

A Boy Needs A Bike (Ride Away)
i just back from the library ard 7-ish...
and someone came into my room and said kinda excitedly...
"have you seen my bike?"
tht someone is my handsome father.
haha! so cute i noe! lurp him la! XD
he finally bought a new bike (motorbike hor fel. =P)
his not-so-old honda bike to an almost new phantom bike!
pretty cool i must say!
if onli he have his moustache shaven and wore those golf cap..
he will look like brad pitt riding his bike in 'The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button'.
hahah! XD
speaking of which..
i just catch the movie on dvd.
its kinda draggy!
i fell asleep! and woke up an hour later. hahah!!
din really understand the storyline..bout him n daisy, the clock, the child, the father n all..
all i noe is he aged first then grew younger.
althou im not a fan of his..
but seeing him being a teenage, he look kinda suave. =P

Great Indoors
on thurs night, i had the urge to bake for someone. haha!
so i made cupcakes! =D
3 flavers! choc, strawberry and butter!
made choc alot! cos choc are a common fav. =)
met up with the chiclets and the babe on fri!
and bought the cupcakes along! =D
alas, almost everyone was free. hehe!
oscar was not thou. she has test to sit for.
neymind..there's always a next time ;)
met up with qah first since fel is late. =P
we then walked from somerset to cine.
our meeting point for the day. =D
someone was hungry so i gave her something to munch to.
cam-whored a'lil while waiting for the two chickies. hehe! =P
we toured cine. and the two chickies still nowhere seen & heard.
5mins later fel said they're otw there liao.
so we decide to wait outside 7-eleven.
we saw the two.
but they din see us.
and i caught them.
on camera of cos!
they onli realise its us following them when they go in cine!
fel's so cute. she can't push the door. hhaha! =P
and so its mission: PASTAMANIA!
everyone was famish.
see those chili flakes on qah's pasta?
she added lots of those cos her pasta's not creamy.
not like wat i had when we went the first time.
the cook must have forgotten to add something.
fel's order was super nice. and spicy.
i bet qah's gonna order tht the next time we go =P
and we're feeling really bloated after that.
althou i noe jas is not. cos she still can eat 2 chocs. haha!
we crapped and laughed.
and i force them all to take a potrait pic with the cupcakes that has their initials on it. hahah!
kinda lame i noe. but im just being janna. haha!
we ended our day touring at heeren. =)

Caught Up
i'm just too caught up with my own emotions that i took the wrong route home.
the bus number was correct. 851..apparently my route was not.
was supposed to take the one heading to Yishun but i had myself took the one that head to Bukit Merah instead.
forget bout the route back home and lets rewind to earlier events of the day.
collected my specs. like finally? hahah!
guess my waiting time is not exactly three weeks. which is good. =D
well...mr charming greeted me again today with his charming smile althou he look shocked that i've come to collect my specs today.
he's such a charmer la! too bad he's of different race. and short. =x
the specs look good upon collection.
like i CAN see! not like the first time i tried the other specs.
i tink this new frame i selected is nicer. okay. someone helped me chose the color. haha!

the new one is alot better right? if onli its of a hotter pink! haha! i think purple is not my color. or should i say lighter shades are not my color. a dull person like me would need the help of a funky bright coloured specs to make one feel brighter. haha! XD

then i look at the name. then i look carefully at the pic again.

Dear Diary
Today coma i felt like an idiot full stop
Raise Your Glasses
today is the day where i FINALLY will get my new specs.
but hey...wat do you noe! i have to wait for another week to get my specs done.
3 bloody weeks of waiting in total.
mayb god is testing my level of tolerance. hehe! =)
and so my story begins...
as per normal procedure, i have to wait one week to have my specs ready. and so i waited. then the day arrived. went down with a-hao to get the specs since his is done already.
as i was trying out the specs, its abit loose. so this guy tighten it for me. and while he was doing that...he accidently broke the nose bridge.
as any customer reaction should be..i was shocked. haha! but he said sorry a number of times so i just let it be and let it go. he says he gonna get a new frame and fix it anyways. cos according to him the specs got defect! hahah! nice way to say ure not actually sorry that u broke it huh? *smirk*
and so i waited again. he said it will be ready on wed. i gave him a ring on thurs i think. his gal colleague funny. greet n talk to me in eng. after ask him when my specs will be ready...she replied to me back in chinese. at first she said saturday. then say sunday. then say the colleague will call. 
think shes confused. haha! two days later, i received an SMS from him saying that my specs are ready for collection.
so i head down to bugis today for collection.
the person who broke it (lets call him apek) was happily eating his dinner so he get his colleague (lets call him charming) to attend to me. so as charming got my specs out from the box and adjusting it, apek said "xiao xin yi tian!"and the first thot that come to my mind is 'be careful? meaning he din get a new one? he just glue it back together?'
hmm...and so after a few adjustment to the specs, i examine it. the nose bridge esp. while i was checking, at the corner of my eye..tht apek was looking at me. mayb scared tht i might broke it again? hmm...and so this nice charming guy said 'you dont worry. if theres anything happen in a few months of wat,u can come back here again.' i smiled and i said okay. thanks. and walk off with the new specs.
happiness shortlived. the specs wasnt my degree at all. objects at far distance was at a blur. so went back to the shop again. have my degrees of my current specs and the new specs. waa...confirm. wrong degree! hahah! charming guy was abit hesitant to change the lens for me but he agreed anyway. and he add on 'you want to change the frame as well? no need to pay.'
wooohooo! happiness! hahahah! and so, i have to wait for another week to have my new specs ready. 3 weeks of waiting. for just a 60bux specs. hahah!
patience is a virtue they say.

A Hard Days Night
Dragonball Evolution was unexpectedly a good movie. hahahh!
Justin Chatwin aka Goku actually carried his char well. And he's cute! haha! Chow Yun Fatt was good too! Funny char! And he kinda look like Li Nan Xing down in 10 years time. haha!
But i'm not quite sure if its worth your ten bux. Cos i paid onli 3bux for mine. =D
Thanks to Laila! Errr...Laila's aunt. She works at MDA and the company is selling the tix for 3bux for Dragonball movie. So like why not. CHEAP! when else can you get a good bargain! ^^
went it show after that. cos wanie wanna get her iTouch.
unexpectly, citylink was jammed due to the non-moving escalator (the one near adidas). and everyone start to take out their cams and hps for fototaking. and i was pissed. that want aso wanna takeee....walaoo...confirm it will be up on stomp soon lor. lame. (-_-")
and as expected, suntec itself was soooo crowded. and we're onli like at the first level of the it show. just imagine the no. of humans there! and we queued for almost an hour just to pay for the iTouch. haha!
to avoid human traffic, we head down to marina. where we rest our pretty feets at gloria jean's coffee. =D
ordered myself a soothing creamy hot cocoa. and her an earl grey tea and some choc cake that taste like mudpie. but its nice. i onli like the cream. haha!
after which we head to the atrium to see some displays of SP grads FYP. from the school of design. I LIKE!!! why i din take that course!! mayb becos the course haven even born yet. omg! jealous. im green now. with envy. (>.<)
then, i came rushing home to watch THE match. Man U vs Liverpool.
if you read the news in the sports section...sure you know whois the winner. =D
